It is a powerful solution for users who require a tractor-mounted wood chipper for demanding everyday applications. The machine is powered by the tractor’s PTO and is suitable for tractors with 30 to 70 hp.

With a maximum chipping capacity of 15 cm in diameter, the KTA15H can process branches, woody residues, pruning waste, shrubs, and vegetation clearing debris, converting them into manageable wood chips suitable for removal, mulching, ground covering, or further processing.

The large feed hopper, measuring approximately 700 × 635 mm, accommodates wide, irregularly shaped, and bushy materials more easily, reducing the time required to prepare branches before feeding. The 152 × 203 mm feed opening and hydraulic feed roller ensure consistent and controlled material feeding towards the rotor.

The hydraulic feed system automatically draws branches towards the rotor, reducing operator fatigue while providing safer, more controlled, and more productive operation. The feeding mechanism offers forward, neutral, and reverse functions, with variable feed speed from 0 to 22.9 m/min, allowing the operator to adjust the material flow according to branch thickness, wood type, and density.

The KTA15H features a self-contained hydraulic system with its own oil reservoir and hydraulic pump, eliminating the need to connect to the tractor’s hydraulic outlets. This makes the machine more practical, easier to operate, and compatible with a wider range of tractors.

The heavy-duty rotor, approximately 600 mm in diameter, provides high rotational inertia and powerful chipping performance. Combined with 4 reversible double-edged blades, it maintains consistent cutting efficiency even when processing demanding woody materials. The blades can be reversed to extend their service life and reduce maintenance requirements.

The 360° rotating and adjustable discharge chute allows the operator to direct wood chips precisely where needed, whether for collection, distribution across the ground, or use as mulch.

For easier transportation and storage, the feed hopper is foldable, reducing the machine’s overall size when not in use. The rotor housing can be opened easily, while the rotor locking pin allows the rotor to be securely immobilized during blade replacement or maintenance.

The Category I three-point linkage, Ø 19.0–22.0 mm, provides quick and convenient attachment to the tractor. The PTO shaft is included and features shear bolt protection for increased operational safety.
