DTS is an innovative mower coupled with 2 autonomous inter-row mowing disks(UFO). Its greatest advantage is that it can cut between roots while not requiring a hydraulic connection to the tractor. The mower functions with a heavy-duty transmission that takes drive from the tractor’s PTO which then powers the 2 knife bases on both UFOs through sturdy v-belts. The cutting height is adjusted by 2 wheels in the front of the machine and a roller at the back. The inter-row mowing disks allow adjusting the recovery speed with a spring. The mower’s working surface is 170cm and the UFO’s 60cm each.
